First time going Umrah in 2015 April, the trip was fantastic, you go on a pilgrim and not a holiday. But that said the hotels were good, both walking distance to Mecca and Medina and stay was pleasant. The trip was organised good, no issue with delays on behalf of agent. Hajji Rab Nawaz is a top guy. You need a good agent regardless of where you are in Uk . Halifax Karwan al Madina is respected for sure.
